A scrapped American bike (Harley-Davidson)

Harley-Davidson is a traditional American motorcycle manufacturer with deep connections to American culture and history.

It was founded in 1903 by William S. Harley and Arthur Davidson, at a time when automobiles were not yet popular, and Harley-Davidson motorcycles were a symbol of freedom and adventure for American youth.

During World War I, Harley-Davidson motorcycles were used by the American military.

In World War II, Harley-Davidson became a major supplier to the American military, and its motorcycles played a symbolic role in America’s victories and heroism during that time.

Harley-Davidson motorcycles have also been deeply connected to American subcultures and counterculture movements.

From the 1950s to the 1960s, Harley-Davidson motorcycles were influential symbols of hippie culture, rock and roll culture, and outlaw biker culture.

Harley-Davidson motorcycles are also known as symbols of the American Dream.

Owning a Harley-Davidson motorcycle is a way of expressing freedom, adventure, and American spirit.

Today, Harley-Davidson is recognized as part of American culture and history.

Its motorcycles embody traditional American values and are still beloved by many people.
